About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR operations, recruitment processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring HR policies are compliant with legal standards, leading talent acquisition efforts, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, and cultivating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentDetail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in HR software and communication tools such as Rippling, ClickUp, Slack, and Google DriveExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of employment laws and compliance standardsPassion for fostering a positive company culture and supporting employee engagement

Responsibilities

Ensure all HR practices and policies are legally compliant with relevant employment laws and regulationsLead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisionsCompose and send job offers to successful candidatesFacilitate a seamless onboarding process, including training, access setup, and first-day introductionsResearch and analyze compensation factors to ensure fair and competitive remuneration packagesServe as a resource for HR inquiries, providing timely support to employees and managementManage HR documentation and ensure compliance across hiring, onboarding, and offboarding proceduresCultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture that aligns with BAD Marketing's core valuesCoordinate with insurance providers to manage employee benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance
