As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our US team.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR functions across our US operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key Activities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, background verification, and company hardware/software assignments.Support HR operations, including employee records management (policies, attendance, benefits, insurance, etc.), grievance resolution, and compliance.Ensure statutory compliance and assist with HR audits.Act as a liaison between US leadership and global teams to align HR practices and policies. Qualifications & SkillsMBA or equivalent degree (preferably with HR specialization) from a reputed institute.Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HR/recruitment experience in IT or management consulting firms.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
