Role Description

This is a remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will assist with day-to-day sales operations, including prospecting and contacting potential clients, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. The specialist will partake in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and management teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Pay is by commission.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively build rapport and address client needsProven interest or experience in sales, with a focus on generating leads and engaging clientsAbility to assist in creating and delivering training sessions for internal teams or clientsKnowledge or experience in sales management and strategiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitaskingProficiency in basic office software applicationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
