Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, helping renters complete applications and move deals forward.Educate renters on the company's products and solutions, guiding them through the leasing process.Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer interactions using HubSpot, Zendesk, and Aircall.Develop relationships with renters to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.Spearhead the deal escalation process and resolve complex customer problems.Gather feedback from customers to help improve processes and offerings.Monitor customer complaints and take action to resolve them efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Underwriting, and Operations) to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.Thrive in a fast-paced environment with daily and weekly activity goalsWhat We’re Looking For:Amazing customer service skills with an exceptional demeanor over phone and email.Experience in outbound calling, customer support, or sales environments.Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.Positive, energetic, and customer-first attitude.Comfort adapting to a fast-paced startup environment and shifting priorities.Enjoy taking initiative and working collaboratively on a team with frequentcommunication.Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to work U.S. business hours (8-hour workday between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST).
Nice to Have

Compensation range
$1,500 – $2,000 USD per month.
