Sales Specialist

Matticulous Media is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and driven Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a fully commission based, remote position with complete flexibility. You are not tied to a desk, an office, or even your home. As long as you have a reliable internet connection, you can work from anywhere. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking, and creating opportunities in a fast-paced and creative industry. Matticulous Media is a full-service media and marketing company offering videography, photography, branding, graphic design, and marketing services. We work across a wide range of projects including weddings, corporate and business branding, commercials and advertisements, live events, sports events, music videos, graduations, and other milestone moments. Our work is rooted in storytelling and helping individuals, artists, and businesses show up powerfully and authentically. As a Sales Representative, your role is to connect with potential clients, build genuine relationships, understand their needs, and confidently present the services Matticulous Media provides. You will help guide clients toward the right creative solutions while driving new business and supporting long-term growth. This is not a high-pressure or scripted sales environment. We value real conversations, trust, and alignment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. You should enjoy talking to people, networking, and creating connections. A passion for media, storytelling, and creative work is a strong asset. Sales experience is helpful but not required. Mindset, drive, and willingness to learn matter more than a resume. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. There is no income cap. The services we provide are high value, and there is real opportunity to build recurring income through ongoing client relationships.
