The Role:We’re seeking a part-time Candidate Development Specialist to support attorney outreach and relationship building. In this role, you’ll engage directly with law-firm and in-house attorneys, help identify potential matches for active searches, and maintain thoughtful, professional candidate relationships over time. This is a flexible, relationship-driven role suited to someone comfortable communicating with senior professionals. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is organized, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:Proactively identify and engage attorneys at law firms and corporate legal departments via email, phone, and LinkedInBuild and maintain long-term candidate relationships through thoughtful, professional communicationTrack outreach, responses, and candidate activity with strong attention to detailPartner closely with recruiters to surface potential matches and support ongoing searchesWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in the legal industry or sales is a plus but not required.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-starter who can manage time and priorities effectively.Professional, personable, and eager to learn.Compensation:$30-40 per hour, depending on experience, with flexible scheduling.Performance-based placements incentives.
