Regional Manager – Sales (Early Career)
We’re hiring a Regional Manager to help drive sales performance across a defined territory. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is competitive, coachable, and looking to grow into sales leadership.This is a hands-on role working directly with sales promoters in the field to improve execution, performance, and consistency.
Compensation
Base salary plus performance incentives, with total earning potential of $65,000–$80,000.
