Sales Manager – East Coast Region (Remote)💼 Full-Time | Remote | $100,000–$120,000 / year + bonus potential

This person must be based in NY or NJ as that is the territory for this role We are partnering with a fast-growing U.S. subsidiary of a global food manufacturer that’s making a big impact in the frozen food category. Backed by one of Asia’s largest and most established food producers, this company has been delivering quality, authentic, and convenient products to consumers worldwide for over two decades. Their North American team is expanding, and they’re looking for a Sales Manager – East Coast Region to help drive growth across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels—particularly within the Asian ethnic food market. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment but wants the stability and resources of a global organization. What You’ll DoPartner with senior leadership to execute sales strategies and grow market share in the Midwest regionBuild and strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and foodservice partnersDrive new business development while nurturing existing accountsCollaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to influence product innovation and ensure top-tier qualityParticipate in national trade shows and industry events to identify growth opportunitiesSupport reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the region

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree required.3–5+ years of sales experience in the retail grocery industry—experience with frozen or Asian ethnic products is a plusProven success managing major accounts and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targetsExcellent communicator and relationship builderSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotelyMandarin language skills are a strong plus but not requiredWillingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (NJ and NY) and occasionally nationwide
