Role Responsibilities
Leverage AI + data-driven insights to identify buying signals, understand a prospect's SOC/security priorities, and surface specific pain points before initiating outreachHyper-personalize outbound messaging to craft human, relevant, and compelling engagement across email, cold calls, and LinkedIn, tailored to the prospect's needs and environmentMove beyond basic qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) by running deeper discovery conversations that uncover true business impact and validate high-quality opportunitiesConsistently generate net-new logo SQLs through strategic cold outbound and ABM-style execution—balancing outbound prospecting with inbound follow-up by leveraging intent data tools, MQLs, and CRM workflows to focus on the highest-value accountsAchieving monthly and quarterly targets for outreach KPI's and SQLS
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in a growth stage startup or cyber security companyFamiliarity with CRM software and sales automation toolsExperience working both individually and collaboratively as part of a teamMust be US-based in PT timezone
