Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a mid-level Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities for Flexhire. You will be responsible for researching and contacting potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce them to our offerings and schedule product demos. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team and company founders to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities in our CRM system. OTE for this role is $75,000 with a base of up to $49,000 commensurate with experience. Commission structure is based on both volume of qualified opportunities and a percentage of total revenue generated.

Ideal Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in recruitment or technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpotUnderstanding of sales processes and lead generation strategiesPositive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
