Job Description

Join TeamFicient as a Virtual Sales Agent. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization and potentially for our clients in a remote work environment. Your passion for sales, customer-centric approach, and drive to exceed targets will contribute to our continued success.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote work setting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals, either for TeamFicient or potentially for our clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal team members and potentially with clients to develop customized sales strategies and solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Track and report sales metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Provide feedback and insights to management to optimize sales processes and strategies. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by TeamFicient or clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and sales prospecting tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome sales challenges. Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing market conditions and customer needs. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience.

Technical Requirements

Reliable laptop or desktop with a powerful processor (Intel i5 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM, necessary for running sales software and handling multiple applications simultaneously. At least one high-resolution monitor (1080p), which aids in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing sales data. A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability. Professional-grade headset with noise-canceling features for clear audio during sales calls and virtual meetings. A dedicated workspace free from distractions, suitable for making professional sales calls and conducting virtual meetings. Backup power solutions, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power generator, to prevent data loss during power interruptions.
