About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. In this contract role, you will serve as the architect of compelling narratives that drive market engagement and support the evolution of our premier real estate marketing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to define the "why" behind our innovative technologies, crafting high-level value propositions and messaging strategies that resonate with professional users and influence market perception. You will play a critical role in shaping the strategic roadmap, especially for major product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Operations. Your expertise will help position Cella’s offerings as industry leaders, driving revenue growth and market differentiation.
Qualifications
6-8 years of B2B product marketing experience, with a proven track record of taking products from inception to successful launch.Deep, localized expertise within the real estate industry, enabling rapid onboarding and effective market positioning.Exceptional ability to develop high-impact briefs and messaging strategies that influence stakeholders and foster adoption.Proficiency with sales enablement and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and HighSpot.Strong strategic thinking and industry insight, capable of navigating complex landscapes and providing high-level guidance in fast-paced environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
Responsibilities
Architect powerful value propositions by creating comprehensive feature briefs that articulate the purpose and impact of upcoming technologies for professional users.Lead messaging strategy development, ensuring a cohesive and compelling market voice across all channels and teams.Champion product vision by aligning internal stakeholders and building consensus on strategic priorities and positioning.Spearhead mission-critical product launches, particularly for major Q1 initiatives, by influencing the strategic roadmap and market positioning to maximize revenue opportunities.Leverage industry expertise to navigate complex market landscapes, providing immediate and high-level guidance to internal teams.Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure messaging consistency and market readiness.Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing initiatives.
