About the RoleEric Termuende is a keynote speaker, author, and leadership researcher focused on trust, culture, and navigating uncertainty in the future of work. This role exists to help translate that thinking into consistent, high-quality public content across social platforms and a twice-monthly newsletter.This is not a traditional social media role. You will be working with ideas, research, and intellectual property, turning them into thoughtful, platform-appropriate content that strengthens credibility and long-term brand equity. What You’ll Be Responsible ForSocial Media (Primary: LinkedIn | Secondary: TikTok)Write and publish LinkedIn posts aligned with keynote themes, frameworks, and researchDevelop TikTok content ideas, hooks, and scripts that translate credibility to short-form videoRepurpose keynote moments, interviews, and insights into written and video-ready contentMaintain a consistent voice that reflects clarity, depth, and trustNewsletter (Twice per Month)Own the production of a twice-monthly thought leadership newsletterSynthesize research, observations, and ideas into clear, compelling leadership insightsWrite in a calm, authoritative, human voiceUse platforms such as Mailchimp, Substack, or equivalentResearch & Insight DevelopmentSource and evaluate credible research (e.g., WEF, HBR, McKinsey, Deloitte, academic studies)Translate data into meaningful insights for leadersSurface ideas that can be used across newsletters, social posts, and keynote content Who You AreA strong writer with excellent editorial judgmentComfortable working with ideas, nuance, and long-form thinkingFluent in LinkedIn as a thought leadership platformProficient with TikTok content logic (hooks, pacing, storytelling)Research-literate and intellectually curiousOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have (Not Required)Experience supporting a speaker, author, founder, or executive brandFamiliarity with light video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Descript, Opus)Understanding of content repurposing systemsAbility to interpret basic analytics without chasing vanity metrics What This Role Is NotNot community managementNot trend-chasing or meme-driven contentNot volume-first postingNot an agency-style roleQuality, clarity, and credibility matter more than frequency.
