We are seeking experienced Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our AI training and evaluation team. These remote, freelance roles involve contributing directly to the development of next-generation AI systems used across global marketing workflows.If you have deep expertise in digital marketing, campaign strategy, analytics, customer segmentation, or marketing operations, this opportunity is built for you. 🔍 Open Role: Marketing SME Ideal candidates bring strong experience in:Digital marketing strategyPerformance marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, PPC)Marketing analytics, attribution, and measurementCRM, customer journey mapping, and segmentationContent, creative workflows, and campaign optimization

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated marketing outputs for accuracy, insightfulness, and domain reasoningAnnotate and validate marketing datasets to improve AI model trainingReview campaign-related model responses (copy, strategy, segmentation logic, performance insights)Collaborate with AI/ML teams to refine model behavior for real-world marketing applicationsBring industry knowledge around current tools, channels, metrics, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related fields7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing or a closely related domainStrong understanding of marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, analytics tools, and channel strategyExperience with CRM, AdTech, MarTech, or performance platforms (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, SFMC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe, etc.) is a plusExposure to AI/ML workflows (prompt design, model evaluation, annotation) is preferred but not mandatoryExcellent communication skills and ability to provide structured reasoning
