About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior ABM Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted account-based marketing campaigns aimed at unlocking pipeline growth within Scribe’s most valuable enterprise accounts. You will collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and the broader marketing team to identify opportunities, develop personalized multi-channel plays, and accelerate deal cycles. Your efforts will include orchestrating field events, executive experiences, and other engagement initiatives that deepen relationships with key accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory by building meaningful engagement with top-tier clients. The role is fully remote and based in the U.S., reporting directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.Qualifications4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or PLG companies, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or enterprise demand generation.Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital advertising, direct mail, and field events or executive programs.Strong collaboration skills with sales teams; experience co-creating account plans and influencing revenue outcomes.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages for senior decision-makers.Analytical proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or similar ABM/intent platforms.Willingness to travel up to 10% for account-specific events and programs.
Responsibilities
Own the development and execution of ABM strategies, including 1:1 and 1:few campaigns targeting strategic accounts through channels like LinkedIn, direct mail, content hubs, in-app signals, and events.Create tailored experiences by developing personalized content, messaging frameworks, microsites, and event activations that resonate with executive buyers and buying groups.Plan and execute ABM events in partnership with Sales, including field events, VIP dinners, and executive roundtables, ensuring pre- and post-event campaigns maximize pipeline impact.Collaborate closely with Sales to co-create account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and develop personalized plays that open doors and accelerate deal progression.Monitor and analyze account engagement metrics, event ROI, and pipeline contribution; provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.Innovate within enterprise marketing by piloting new ideas, testing emerging ABM formats, and sharing learnings to elevate engagement strategies.
