About The Role

The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations at Best Buy will serve as a pivotal figure in supporting our marketing and sales teams through comprehensive training support, documentation, and communication initiatives. This role is essential for enabling our teams to scale efficiently and meet the increasing demands of our expanding Ads business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized repository of standardized training materials and processes, ensuring consistent communication across teams regarding new ad product updates, tool enhancements, and broader marketing initiatives. By driving process standardization and resource accessibility, this position aims to reduce operational inefficiencies, accelerate team enablement, and ultimately enhance customer experience. The role offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office days at our corporate headquarters in Richfield, Minnesota, with remote work flexibility, depending on team and role requirements.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of five years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, project management, or related fields. Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail, are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to develop clear and concise documentation and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration. A background in marketing or advertising, especially within retail or national brand contexts, is preferred. Experience working across teams, influencing stakeholders, and leading process improvements or change management initiatives will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee a centralized hub for marketing and sales training resources, process documentation, and communication materials.Develop, update, and maintain standardized training content and best practices to support onboarding and ongoing enablement efforts.Coordinate and drive consistent communication strategies across marketing and sales teams concerning new ad product launches, tool updates, and broader marketing initiatives.Ensure alignment and integration of processes and documentation across various functions within the marketing and sales departments.Support teach-outs, training programs, and initiatives aimed at improving adoption rates and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement scalable solutions that enhance team performance.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary to optimize outcomes.
