Our client is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Investor & Client Operations Coordinator to support ongoing client, prospect, and investor workflows. This role plays a critical part in keeping conversations moving, tasks completed, and systems accurate.You’ll work closely with leadership and external stakeholders to manage communication, track next steps, coordinate scheduling, and maintain clean operational systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in execution, follow-through, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily follow-ups with clients, investors, and partners via email and CRMTrack conversations, next steps, and deadlines in CRM and task management toolsSchedule calls, coordinate calendars and time zones, and send remindersPrepare basic meeting context and materials ahead of callsConvert call notes and voice notes into clear action items and follow-upsMaintain organized pipelines and trackers for deals and ongoing conversationsCoordinate documents, decks, and shared folders for easy accessProactively follow up until tasks are completed or decisions are madeSupport leadership by owning execution and keeping work moving forwardWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in client operations, sales ops, investor ops, or coordination-heavy rolesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, reliability, and follow-throughComfortable coordinating with and following up with senior stakeholdersAble to work effectively with changing priorities and limited structureExecution-first mindset — you enjoy doing, not just planningBilingual: Spanish (native or fluent) and English (strong working proficiency)Bonus experience with:HubSpot, Monday.com, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMsAsana, Notion, or Monday for task managementGoogle Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)Spreadsheet-based tracking for pipelines, follow-ups, or status updatesHow You’ll Succeed in This RoleThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of execution and momentum.
