About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support U.S. real estate brokerages through outbound prospecting and appointment setting. You will represent real estate brands directly, engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for agents and sales teams.This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, highly organised, and comfortable working to clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls on behalf of U.S. real estate brokeragesProspect and qualify buyers, sellers, and database contactsBook qualified appointments for real estate agents and sales teamsFollow approved scripts, messaging, and compliance guidelinesAccurately log call activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRMHandle objections professionally and maintain positive brand representationConfirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as requiredMeet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets
Required Skills and ExperienceStrong verbal communication skills and phone presenceComfortable with outbound calling and prospectingAbility to follow scripts while sounding natural and professionalHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working with CRMs and call softwareReliable, self-motivated, and performance-drivenReal estate experience is preferred but not required.
