Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to create and execute email marketing campaigns. This role involves designing email content, managing subscriber lists, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to optimize email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Segment email list based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized contentWrite compelling email copy and design appealing templates that drive conversionsCreate drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journeyConduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAsImplement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentivesRegularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain highEnsure email marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM to protect brand reputationTrack key email marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaignsAnalyze campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for optimizationGenerate detailed reports to provide insights to stakeholders

Qualifications3+ years of experience as an email marketerProficiency in email marketing platforms (Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc)Strong copywriting and editing skillsKnowledge of email marketing best practices and regulationsAnalytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsBasic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customizationExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in English and ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
