This is a part-time, remote contract role for a Marketing Manager at a rapidly growing B2C agency with a team of negotiation experts who help tech professionals negotiate their job offers. The part-time contract Marketing Specialist will be responsible for everything from content creation to communications and marketing strategy. This is a heavily hands on role with opportunity to have full ownereship of marketing strategies. Tasks will include social media management, content creation, email marketing, and market research. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, brand growth, and client engagement. You will report to a former Product and Growth executive at tech companies like Patreon, Noom, and Udacity. Qualifications & SkillsExperience in organic creator-led marketing, nurture and content marketing, SEO, and/or adsProficiency in social media management, content creation, and email marketingStrong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance metricsAbility to conduct market research and identify consumer trendsUse AI to actually make impact without being lazyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn eye for great design and contentAn eye for authentic content vs. BSLove engaging with communities and audiencesAre not afraid of learning how to automate and utilize AI and software to do things betterCan quickly grasp and synthesize complex topics into expert useful contentFamiliarity with marketing tools and platformsFamiliarity with organic channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, Blogs) and interest in growing skills in ads (Meta, YouTube, Google SEM)Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectivelyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience working in a B2C agency environment is a plus Want to get to the top of the list without a perfect resume?
