Role: Fractional Chief Brand Specialist

We are actively seeking Fractional Chief Brand Officers and Brand Specialists to join our network. In this role, you’ll partner with visionary companies to define powerful narratives, develop comprehensive full-funnel brand strategies, and seamlessly align creative execution with critical business objectives. Your Impact & Responsibilities may include:Lead the development of brand marketing strategies that are meticulously aligned with overall positioning, deep audience insights, and ambitious growth targets.Oversee integrated brand campaigns spanning digital, content, email, social, and paid media channels.Collaborate intensely with creative teams and agencies to ensure brand stories are brought to life authentically and consistently across all touchpoints.Establish and maintain robust brand guidelines, including messaging frameworks, visual identity systems, and distinct tone-of-voice documentation.Partner cross-functionally with product, content, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency throughout the entire customer journey.Provide strategic brand-first thinking for critical initiatives such as rebrands, new category positioning, and major market launches.Define, measure, and optimize key brand health, awareness, and engagement metrics over time, providing data-driven insights.Serve as a primary brand ambassador and trusted advisor to both internal teams and external partners, championing the brand vision. We're looking for seasoned professionals who are able to:Extensive experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or executive-level brand leadership roles.A demonstrated history of crafting and successfully executing integrated brand campaigns that deliver measurable results.A profound understanding of compelling storytelling, nuanced audience segmentation, and effective brand positioning.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, capable of influencing across creative, marketing, and leadership teams.Experience working in B2B or B2C environments, particularly within SaaS, consumer goods, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.Comfort and proficiency in managing agencies, internal teams, or hybrid models.Prior consulting, fractional, or freelance experience is a significant advantage.
