Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Rebranding Expert and Project Manager to lead a comprehensive rebranding initiative from conception to launch. This role involves managing the timeline, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the final output resonates powerfully with a US-based audience.
Responsibilities
• Conduct a deep-dive audit of the current brand, competitors, and target audience.• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that includes positioning, value proposition, voice, and visual direction.• Create and own the rebranding roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.• Facilitate regular check-ins with leadership to ensure alignment.• Oversee the creation of a new Visual Identity System (Logo, Typography, Color Palette).• Develop comprehensive Brand Guidelines (The "Brand Bible").• Oversee the redesign and messaging of the company website and key marketing collateral.• Plan and execute the internal and external launch strategy.
Required Experience and Qualifications:• Proven track record of rebranding companies specifically for the United States market.• Strong portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end rebranding projects (Before & After case studies preferred).• Ability to articulate how design choices align with business goals.• Strong proficiency in English with copywriting skills.
