Bilingual Inside Sales Representative 

Our client, located in Mississauga, is an established organization committed to delivering outstanding service and a seamless user experience to all our clients. They are a leader in their industry and are looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their team as part of their continued growth.

Salary range: OTE $80,000-$95,000 per year (Base salary and commission)

In this role, you will be responsible for

Respond to sales inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and online platforms.Identify and qualify potential sales leads, turning them into business opportunities.Share relevant information about the organization's products, services, pricing, and availability with clients.Prepare and follow up on sales quotes promptly.Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.Collaborate with other teams within the organization (such as sales, logistics, customer support, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.Utilize CRM or similar systems to organize contacts, monitor sales activity, and report results.Stay informed about company offerings, market developments, and competitors.Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed.

The ideal candidate will/must have

Fluently bilingual in both French and English2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service experience Post-secondary education Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Good organizational and time management abilities.Capable of handling multiple tasks and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals and providing quality service.
