Hohenstein is seeking a B2B Content Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives in the Americas. This role reports directly to the Americas Marketing Director and is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content across digital channels, campaigns and events. The work blends storytelling, technical content and execution. Success in this role requires comfort with complex topics, strong creative judgment and the ability to consistently bring work to completion at a high standard. You are:A skilled storyteller with excellent research, writing, video creation and proofing skillsAble to create clear narratives across formats, including video, presentations, written content, carousels and other visual assetsComfortable working with technical, regulatory or industry-specific topicsExperienced in applying SEO principles to content creation and optimizationDetail-oriented, with a high standard for accuracy, consistency and qualityAble to manage multiple priorities while balancing creative production with executionResourceful and effective at finding answers and solving problemsComfortable working independently and staying engaged for long periods in a remote roleAble to take direction, apply feedback and move work forward efficientlyMotivated to learn, improve and expand contribution over timeWilling and able to travel up to 4–10 times per year
Responsibilities
Create and edit high-quality content across digital channels, including web, social, video, newsletters and PRProduce videos from concept through final delivery, including story development, interviewing, recording, asset selection and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, with clear storytelling and pacingResearch, write and proof content across formats, including articles, newsletters, social, campaigns and marketing materialsTrack and use performance data to inform content improvements and future content planningApply SEO best practices and optimize content for search and AI-driven discovery to improve visibility and performanceProduce and manage multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Translate technical or regulatory information into clear, accurate and audience-appropriate messagingEnsure consistent adherence to brand standards, voice and design guidelinesManage and organize digital assets, including images, video files and metadataMaintain and update web content and supporting materialsSupport campaign, event and conference execution, including asset coordination and follow-throughConduct research projects and share insights or skills with the broader marketing teamComplete project, operational and administrative tasks reliably and on timeCoordinate translations of content and support localization effortsPitch in on a range of tasks as needed as part of a small team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Video Production or a related field, or equivalent professional experience2-4 years of relevant professional experienceHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, InDesign and PhotoshopProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)Familiarity with standard computer systems, file management and digital tools in a Windows-based environmentStrong B2B writing skillsFamiliarity with AP Style a plus
