What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in high-touch customer service, technical support, or call center environments Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability in tone and language Naturally empathetic and patient demeanor, making customers feel valued Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for the customer experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
