Type of PositionWe’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on e-commerce. This role is ideal for a designer who has agency experience and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused storefronts and product experiences. You’ll work closely with senior designers, strategists, and engineers to execute polished designs that balance creativity with performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, are detail-oriented in Figma, and want to grow into a more senior role with client-facing and strategic responsibilities, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Design wireframes, visual layouts, prototypes, and final polished screens for e-commerce storefronts.Execute high-quality UI and digital design work under the direction of senior designers, delivering fast, accurate, and detail-oriented outputs in Figma.Collaborate with engineering and development teams for smooth design hand-off.Participate in internal reviews and assist in preparing for client presentations.Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance are integrated across all designs.Support launch-side projects, especially routine or lower-complexity ones, under supervision.Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate design assets with quality and speed.Uphold and contribute to our design system. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in digital design, with a proven e-commerce focus (Shopify agency experience highly preferred).Strong portfolio demonstrating storefront design, product page layouts, UX flows, and brand systems.Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and modern design tools.Solid understanding of UX for conversion optimization (e.g., product discovery, checkout best practices, navigation clarity).Ability to balance creativity with performance → making beautiful designs that also sell.Strong communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting.Collaborative mindset, open to direction and feedback.Eager to grow into a more senior role with client-facing and strategic responsibilities.
