Examine title searches and recorded docs with precision and speedBuild clean, defensible chain of title and confirm vestingSpot liens, judgments, taxes, easements, restrictions, and defectsWrite clear requirements and exceptions that the team can execute fastKeep assigned files moving from open to clear, organized and on trackCommunicate findings in plain English so there’s no guessing or rework

Requirements

2+ years examining U.S. title (residential; commercial is a plus)Strong grasp of deeds, mortgages, releases, judgments, and taxesExcellent at name/vesting checks and legal description consistencyComfortable navigating county portals and document retrieval workflowsRemote-ready: disciplined, responsive, and dependableComfortable in title software or similar file-based production systemsStrong PDF handling and Excel/Sheets-level organization
