We are hiring a TikTok Shop Manager to run and scale our TikTok Shop ecosystem.You will be responsible for creator recruitment, content performance, community engagement, and daily execution inside TikTok Shop. This role has real ownership and real upside. If you want to grow with a brand that is already winning and push it to the next level, this is for you. This is a hands on, collaborative role ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, loves working with creators, and thrives in a fast moving environment.

What You Will OwnCreator Recruitment and Partnerships You will identify, recruit, and manage high performing creators who authentically align with the Be Amazing brand and can drive consistent TikTok Shop revenue.

Content CreationYou will curate high performing content that leads to virality and shop revenueContent and Campaign ManagementYou will manage creator content, track performance, optimize campaigns, and stay organized inside a fast moving content pipeline.

Community ManagementYou will actively engage with our TikTok community, respond to comments, and help foster a positive, motivating environment that reflects our brand values.Growth and OptimizationYou will test, learn, iterate, and push performance. This role is about results, not just posting content.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of hands on experience using TikTok Shop and understand:The inner workings of TikTok ShopTikTok culture and current trends DiscordOur next employee will need to be:Outgoing and love working with people Comfortable on camera Excellent when it comes to communication Organized...I mean really organizedPassionate about our brand and our products

Location

Nashville, Tennessee - We expect all canidates to move to Nashville within 120 days of accepting this position

Compensation and Perks
