Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (TikTok) to own and grow our TikTok presence from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, short-form video, music culture, and audience growth, and wants hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up.You will be responsible for creating content, growing followers, and helping Aico AI DJ build a strong, recognizable voice on TikTok.

Responsibilities

Content CreationCreate and post TikTok Reels, Stories, and Feed contentDevelop engaging short-form video content (product demos, party clips, bar/venue use cases, trends, memes)Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voiceCollaborate with the team to repurpose user-generated content (UGC)Growth & EngagementGrow TikTok followers organically through consistent posting, trends, and engagement strategiesEngage with followers via comments, DMs, and story interactionsMonitor and leverage TikTok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to music, nightlife, and college cultureStrategy & AnalyticsHelp define a clear TikTok content strategy (posting cadence, themes, formats)Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth)Test new content ideas and iterate based on performance

Qualifications

Strong interest in social media marketing, especially TikTokExperience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)Familiarity with tools like TikTok native editor, CapCut, Canva, or similarStrong sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytellingPassion for music, nightlife, events, or college culture is a big plusSelf-starter mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Compensation
