Play a key role in full-cycle recruitment—sourcing and placing mission-aligned volunteers across EF departments. Your work will directly support EF Connect’s mission by ensuring our teams are equipped with the right talent and training. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, orientation, and handoffFacilitate intake meetings, kickoffs, and calibration sessions with hiring managersDraft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles based on role insightsUse structured tools (e.g., scorecards, interview guides) to support consistent, equitable evaluationCoordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer/welcome emailsPartner with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure smooth candidate transitionsLead post-interview debriefs and recommend process improvementsMaintain ATS records and suggest workflow enhancementsShare regular updates with the Talent Acquisition Lead and join team syncsAttend mandatory team meetings Wednesday’s at 6:00 PM MSTActively pursue learning opportunities to strengthen recruitment expertise
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordinationEducation in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an assetFamiliarity with ATS tools (e.g., Dover, JazzHR, Notion, Airtable, or other platforms) and AI tools to augment tasks (e.g., Google Assistant or GPT4all)Open to learning and adopting new technologies to support scalable hiringPassion for youth development and purpose-driven volunteerismComfortable working independently in a remote team environmentProficiency in Google WorkspaceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyStrong interpersonal and coordination skills
