What You’ll OwnRun the full recruiting process in UKG—from job posting to offerPartner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelinesWrite job postings that feel fresh, modern, and true to the Spartan voiceUse bold ideas and social media savvy to amplify the Spartan talent brand and build pipelines that bring in all-star candidatesLead candidate screens and guide applicants through their hiring journeyKeep UKG Recruit clean, updated, and efficientTrack metrics to keep our hiring fast, focused, and effectiveRepresent Spartan at career fairs, networking events, and onsite visits What You Bring2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitingHands-on experience with an ATS (UKG preferred)Experience building partnerships with colleges, universities, or community organizationsStrong communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklyHighly organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced environmentComfort working remotely while staying connected and engagedWillingness to travel to Spartan offices and recruiting eventsA people-first mindset and passion for matching great talent with great roles Why Spartan?We’re not your average company—we move with intention and celebrate momentum.
