What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Answer inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails, providing excellent customer support Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Follow up on written correspondence and escalate issues to management as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Fluent in both English and Spanish High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type 50+ words per minute Capability to work in a high-volume inbound call center environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

1+ years of experience in Customer Service, help desk, or call center roles Ability to type 60+ words per minute Familiarity with website navigation
