Spanish Bilingual Property Manager 

Overview

The Property Manager will provide operational, administrative, and tenant-facing support to ensure seamless property management processes across a residential portfolio. This role requires professionalism, follow-through, excellent documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills when working with tenants, vendors, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to residents and prospects in CRM for leasing, maintenance, and other concerns or requestsManage tenants with delinquent balances to bring current or proceed with move-out processingPrepare, coordinate, and track lease agreements and renewalsEnsure timely and efficient move-in/move-out processesEnforce community rules and ensure tenant complianceCommunicate effectively with internal teams (maintenance, leasing, owners)

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong written and spoken EnglishMust have own equipment (computer/laptop, reliable high-speed internet, workspace free from interruptions/distractions)2+ years of property management experience (required)Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
