Remote (Tri-State Area: NJ / NY / PA)Full-Time Compensation: $52,000–$58,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated ability to manage the role independently.
About the RoleWe’re a PR & communications team within a larger integrated media agency, giving our clients access to 360° media and marketing support while operating with a small, hands-on team. We work across toys, games, entertainment, and lifestyle brands. We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social media execution end to end across a small portfolio of approximately 4–5 active client accounts, working within clearly defined strategies and priorities. You’ll plan, publish, engage, track performance, and collaborate with PR, creative, and paid media teammates to keep social channels active, thoughtful, and effective. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and hands-on ownership of social media. The Accounts & AudiencesYou’ll work across a portfolio of toy, game, and entertainment brands. Audiences include highly engaged toy, collector and fandom communities, as well as parents and families. Some of our most active conversations happen in comments and DMs, particularly within action figure and collectibles communities. Familiarity with—or genuine interest in—collector culture, fandom, or toy and entertainment brands is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & PublishingOwn content calendars aligned with client goals, approvals, and key momentsWrite captions, publish posts, tag partners, and ensure accurate, on-brand executionAdapt content by platform across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
