Serve as Technical Architect within a Scrum team to guide Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementationDesign stay processing, partner transactions, hotel and partner reimbursement, vouchers, promotions, APIs, and integrations with legacy systemsApply real-world Loyalty Cloud experience to inform solution architecture decisionsDrive delivery teams through implementation stages including marketing engagement strategy and code reviewsBuild and maintain strong relationships with client Head of Technology to validate solutionsUnderstand long-term client objectives and define sustainable technology and implementation roadmapsPerform code reviews and guide technical estimations to support development teamsCoordinate with marketing teams to align engagement strategies with technical solutionsReview data models, custom objects, and developer pull requests for quality and alignmentFacilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clear understanding of requirementsEnsure delivered solutions are production-ready and meet performance expectationsPromote best practices in Service Oriented Architecture and system integrationSupport continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learnedMonitor project progress and adjust technical approaches as needed Requirements
