Remote Help Desk Support (IT Support / Technical Support) | $4,000–$4,500/month

We’re hiring a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to provide friendly, reliable IT help desk and technical support to users in a fully remote, work-from-home role. You’ll handle everyday issues like login problems, password resets, basic troubleshooting, and navigation support, helping users get back on track quickly.

This is a great fit for someone who’s patient, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving common tech hiccups while delivering a smooth support experience. If you’ve worked in help desk, IT support, technical customer support, or customer service, you’ll feel comfortable here—but we also welcome people who are tech-comfortable and eager to learn. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Respond to help desk tickets, support emails, and calls to resolve common technical issuesAssist with login issues, password resets, account access, and basic system troubleshootingWalk users through clear, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions in a calm, supportive wayDocument issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for accurate tracking and future referenceEscalate complex or unresolved problems to senior support/technical teams when neededJoin virtual team meetings, share updates, and help identify recurring issues or trends What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and common communication tools (email, chat, video)Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communicationPatient, professional, and able to stay calm when supporting frustrated usersOrganized and able to follow procedures and ticketing workflows accuratelyExperience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or customer service is a plusReliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspacePay & Benefits
