We're expanding quickly and need dedicated professionals who can handle our intense pace and high volume of customer interactions. Job Overview

We're seeking a high-performing Customer Intake Representative who thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment. This position will have you on the phone continuously throughout your shift, talking with customers about their businesses and meticulously capturing their information.This is a non-stop, high-volume role where you'll be actively engaged with customers and data entry from the moment you start until the end of your shift. You must gain energy from constant customer interaction and maintain unwavering professionalism and enthusiasm even during the most demanding periods.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: You will work 12 hours a day, Monday - Friday, and will be actively on calls throughout your entire shiftCompensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, with opportunity for rapid advancement and bonuses based on performance and ability to maintain quality during high volumeLocation: Remote

Call center experience ideal, with prior success in fast-paced environmentsExceptional typing speed and accuracy while actively listening and speakingOutstanding attention to detail, even when working at maximum capacityExcellent verbal communication skills that remain consistent through long periods of customer interactionAbility to stay organized and follow through despite a relentless paceSuperior listening skills to capture critical business information correctly the first timeProfessional phone manner that projects confidence and competence hour after hourDemonstrated stamina for continuous customer interaction without quality degradationProficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
