Remote Account Manager

Radimal is transforming veterinary radiology through an AI-powered platform that enables veterinary professionals to deliver faster, more accurate diagnoses. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Remote Account Manager to support our Sales organization, strengthen client relationships, and serve our growing community of veterinary imaging specialists.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience in healthcare or veterinary medicine who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Own and manage post-sale relationships with veterinary practices and specialist partnersLead client onboarding and ensure the successful adoption of Radimal's AI-powered solutionsPartner closely with Sales to identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing accountsAct as a trusted liaison to our specialist community, ensuring radiologists and veterinary specialists have the tools, resources, and support they needProvide ongoing account guidance to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.Gather and communicate client and specialist feedback to internal teams to support continuous product and process improvement.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales SupportRequired: Professional experience in healthcare or veterinary medicine (veterinary, animal health, medical, or related fields)Experience with SaaS platforms strongly preferredExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environmentGenuine interest in veterinary medicine and emerging AI technologiesWillingness to travel periodically for industry events and in-person engagements
