Responsibilities

Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applicationsWork with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challengesManage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close“Hunt” for new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leadsBuild and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key-stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales roleBA/BS degree or equivalentExcellent communication skills

Base Salary offered will be commiserate with experience. Targeted OTE (On-Target Earnings) is 85k-120k.
