Work from anywhere in the U.S. Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (hours may vary week to week) Pay: $18 per hour ***Due to the holidays response times might be delayed*** We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Recruiting Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with candidates over the phone, qualify their fit for open roles, and guide them through the next steps of the hiring process. You’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting our clients’ recruiting needs.If you enjoy talking with people, keeping projects organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit. What You’ll DoConduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualificationsTrack activity and progress in our applicant tracking system (Gr8 People)Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managersConfirm interview logistics (time zones, platforms, candidate prep)Handle rescheduling needs quickly and professionallyServe as the candidate’s main point of contact during the interview processProvide timely updates, reminders, and instructions to ensure a positive experiencePrepare offer letters and onboarding documents when requestedAssist with background checks and compliance requirementsSupport special recruiting projects or events as neededProtect sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsA confident phone presence and ability to lead conversationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesFlexibility to adjust to changing client needsComfort working in a results-driven environment with accountability for goals At Advanced RPO, our commitment to diversity and inclusion in every part of our organization is crucial to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our REAL values.
