About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Operations teams, which include Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud. In this critical role, you will lead the hiring efforts for high-volume, high-impact roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing top talent through innovative channels, managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will handle multiple roles simultaneously, often managing pipelines for 10-15 or more open positions, and will play a key role in refining hiring plans, job descriptions, and screening rubrics in collaboration with hiring managers. Additionally, you will focus on building scalable and repeatable recruiting processes that align with our rapid growth, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and continuously improving recruiting workflows will also be essential components of your role. Qualifications

Minimum of two years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within Operations teams such as Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, or FraudProven ability to manage the entire recruiting process end-to-endStrong sourcing skills with a passion for building relationships with passive candidatesData-driven mindset with the ability to measure pipeline health and set realistic hiring expectationsComfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOwnership mentality with the ability to work independently and deliver resultsExperience in developing and refining job descriptions, screening rubrics, and hiring strategiesCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practicesAbility to work within commuting distance of our hubs in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle

Responsibilities

Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for critical roles within Operations teamsPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective sourcing strategies and hiring plansSource candidates through creative channels beyond traditional platforms like LinkedInManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesDevelop and refine job postings, screening rubrics, and interview guides in collaboration with hiring managersProvide a positive and human-centered candidate experience throughout the hiring processIterate on recruitment processes based on candidate feedback and other signals to improve efficiency and qualityMentor and share best practices with peers to elevate the recruiting team's capabilitiesBuild and implement scalable and repeatable recruiting workflows that support organizational growthPromote diversity and inclusive hiring practices to bring a variety of perspectives into the organizationTrack and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and optimize pipelines
