Role Description

This internship role as a Recruiter is fully remote and involves assisting with the recruitment process. The Recruiter will source, screen, and engage potential candidates for diverse roles, conduct initial interviews, and maintain hiring databases. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to define job descriptions, managing recruitment campaigns, and building candidate pipelines through innovative strategies. The intern will also contribute to enhancing the employer's brand to attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholdersProficiency in research, candidate sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systemsOrganizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficientlyFamiliarity with recruitment strategies, job postings, and talent acquisition trendsPrevious experience or coursework in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is a plusSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a virtual environmentCultural sensitivity and inclusivity while interacting with diverse candidates globallyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
