<p>Role Responsibilities

Translate recruiting expertise into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.Create realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day recruiting workflows and decision-making.Collaborate with other domain experts to refine and validate workflows for accuracy, clarity, and reproducibility.Work with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize recruiting workflows into agent-based systems.Identify opportunities where AI can augment or replicate expert recruiter judgment and processes. Professional recruiter with strong hands-on experience in recruiting workflows.Ability to clearly explain complex recruiting processes in a structured, step-by-step manner.Strong written communication and documentation skills.Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
