<p>As we scale our own firm, we are looking for a high-performing Recruiter to own the lifecycle of our most critical GTM searches. The Role

This is a high-impact position designed for a recruiter who thrives in the fast-paced world of venture-backed startups. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and engagement to complex offer negotiations and successful placements. You won&#039;t just be filling seats; you will be a consultant to our clients, helping them refine their hiring strategies and identify the talent that will drive results. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-priority GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps).

Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain elite candidate pipelines using a modern tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and Salesforce).

Client Advisory: Partner with visionary founders to understand their unique needs and provide consultative guidance on market trends and candidate expectations.

Relationship Architecture: Drive deep candidate engagement through personalized outreach and high-touch relationship management.

Revenue Driver: Navigate complex offer negotiations and close placements to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Team Leadership: Collaborate with BRC leadership to refine our internal processes and mentor junior team members as the firm grows.

The Expert: You have a proven track record in recruiting (ideally within B2B sales or agency environments) and understand the nuances of high-growth GTM hiring.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.Experience: 2+ years of proven success in recruiting, B2B sales, or agency recruiting (GTM focus is a major plus).Location: Must be based in, or fully willing to relocate to Houston, TX Mindset: Coachable, hungry for success, and ready to thrive in a high-energy startup environment.
