About The Role

The Healthcare Transformation Project Coordinator plays a vital role within our team-based environment, focusing on the monitoring and evaluation of outcome measures related to healthcare transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for identifying quality improvement opportunities and ensuring timely data collection and analysis to support ongoing projects. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments to achieve organizational goals. The Coordinator will assist in developing comprehensive reports and presentations, utilizing quantitative data analysis, and managing data through Access Databases. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for success in this role. The individual will demonstrate fiscal responsibility in the use of university resources and materials, contributing to the organization’s commitment to efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a similar discipline.Experience in developing detailed reports and conducting data analyses preferred.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables.Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and multitask effectively.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management and reporting.Experience working with Access Databases and familiarity with healthcare quality metrics is desirable.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate outcome measures for healthcare transformation projects to ensure timely progress and quality standards are met.Identify ongoing quality improvement issues and opportunities, providing actionable insights for project teams.Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate project findings effectively to stakeholders.Conduct quantitative data analysis utilizing Access Databases and Microsoft Excel to support project objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, administrative, and research departments, to facilitate data collection and project implementation.Assist in the development of project documentation, including protocols, progress reports, and evaluation summaries.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all aspects of data management and reporting.Support continuous quality improvement initiatives by providing relevant data insights and recommendations.Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by efficiently utilizing organizational resources and materials in project activities.
