About NextMatch AINextMatch AI (www.nextmatch.ai) is an AI-powered hiring platform that connects verified candidates directly with employers’ internal systems through secure APIs, eliminating the need for noisy job boards and repetitive forms.We are expanding our US operations and hiring a Project Manager for an internal role to help plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, data, and operations.

About the Role

As a Project Manager in the US, you will drive the end-to-end execution of projects that keep NextMatch AI moving forward, including:New product and feature rolloutsAPI and platform integrations with employersInternal process improvements and automation projectsYou will work across teams to clarify scope, align timelines, track progress, and ensure that projects land on time and with the expected quality.This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys structure, communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from planning to deliveryWork with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, timelines, and success criteriaCreate and maintain project plans, trackers, and status updatesAnticipate risks and issues, escalate when needed, and help unblock teamsRun regular check-ins, standups, and status meetings with project stakeholdersEnsure clear communication between product, engineering, data, operations, and leadershipTrack progress against timelines and deliverables, and adjust plans where necessaryDocument decisions, action items, and follow-ups in tools like Jira/ConfluenceContribute to improving internal processes, templates, and ways of workingRequirements2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Coordinator, or similar in tech, SaaS, or digital projectsExperience managing multiple projects or workstreams at the same timeComfortable working with engineering and product teams (you do not need to code, but you understand basic tech concepts and workflows)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to turn ambiguity into clear actions, owners, and timelinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similarMust be based in the United States and able to work US business hours

Nice to Have

Experience in HR tech, recruitment, ATS, or B2B SaaSFamiliarity with agile / scrum methodologiesExperience working with fully remote, distributed teamsComfort using basic reporting/analytics dashboards to track project impact
