Their mission is to offer an exceptional experience to creators while driving impactful, high-visibility projects. As part of this vision, they are looking to expand their team with two key roles that are central to their operations.
About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the back-office operations of the creator program, including contract management, invoicing, payments, and performance tracking. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, capable of ensuring the smooth running of a high-visibility program.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about providing an excellent service experience to creators.
Responsibilities
Creator Operations & AdministrationManage contracts, invoicing, and payments for all creators.Ensure invoices are accurate, submitted on time, and paid promptly.Collect and maintain all necessary legal and tax documentation (e.g., W-9s, W-8BENs, agreements).Keep records clean and up-to-date across tools and systems.
Performance Tracking & ReportingCollect and maintain performance data related to creator activities (deliverables, timelines, results).Support reporting efforts, ensuring metrics are accurate and accessible.Identify and flag inconsistencies or operational risks early.
Creator Experience & CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for creators regarding operational matters.Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about contracts, payments, timelines, and processes.Contribute to a professional and respectful creator experience.Escalate issues as needed, always prioritizing resolution and trust.
Program SupportCollaborate with the Creator Program Lead to support the daily execution of the program.Help improve processes and documentation as the program scales.Serve as the operational backbone for a fast-moving program.
Requirements
Must-HavesStrong project management skills with the ability to organize complex programs.2-3 Years of experience working with talent, creators, or partners in a marketing or content-driven environment.Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.Exceptional service-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have
sFrench fluency (for communication with the internal team).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary
$1,200 - $1,500 per month, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: 100% remote. Required to work US hours (Pacific, West Coast, or East Coast).PTO: 10 days of paid time off annually, plus US holidays.
