Role Overview Nebius is looking for an Employee Experience (Pre-boarding &amp; Onboarding) Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve the end-to-end new hire experience, from offer acceptance through early tenure.This role owns both experience and execution, ensuring candidates transition smoothly from ATS to HRIS, feel supported and informed on the lead up to joining and are set up for success through a high-quality onboarding journey. You’ll partner closely with Recruiting, HR, IT, and business teams to deliver a consistent, human-centred experience, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.This role will be working Remote from the USA (East Coast).New hire experience designOwn the end-to-end new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and early tenureDesign and continuously improve preboarding and onboarding journeys that are clear, engaging, and scalableEnsure global consistency while allowing for regional and functional nuanceAct as the experience owner, identifying friction points and proactively improving moments that matterPreboarding operations and systemsOwn the ATS to HRIS hiring workflow, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant transitionsPartner with Recruiting to manage hiring triggers, handovers, and exceptionsEnsure new hires receive the right communications, tasks, and information ahead of Day 1Partner with IT and HR Operations to ensure full readiness, including equipment, access, and system provisioningOnboarding experience and cross-functional partnershipCoordinate onboarding experiences across Recruiting, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, IT, and OperationsPartner with Sales Enablement and other functional onboarding owners to align content and timingEnable Hiring Managers with clear onboarding expectations, tools, and guidanceEnsure onboarding milestones are delivered consistently and to a high standardFeedback, surveys, and experience qualityOwn new hire experience measurement, includingPreboarding and onboarding surveysHiring Manager experience surveysCross-functional stakeholder feedbackDesign and manage 3-month and 6-month post-hire quality surveys to assessNew hire readiness and successOnboarding effectivenessOverall hire qualityAnalyse insights and partner with stakeholders to turn feedback into measurable experience improvementsRegional partnership and continuous improvementPartner regionally with Recruiters and business teams to improve local pre- and post-onboarding experiencesUse feedback, data, and operational metrics to continuously refine programsBuild and maintain experience standards, playbooks, and best practicesAct as a connector across functions to ensure the new hire experience feels intentional, not transactionalRequired3+ years’ experience in Employee Experience, Onboarding, People Operations, or Talent OperationsStrong experience owning or designing new hire experiences in a growing organisationHands-on experience with ATS and HRIS systems and managing hiring workflowsExperience designing and running employee or candidate surveys and feedback loopsProven ability to work cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, IT, and OperationsStrong communication skills, empathy, and stakeholder management capabilityPreferredExperience supporting global or multi-regional employee experiencesBackground in high-growth or scaling environmentsFamiliarity with onboarding KPIs, NPS, or hire quality metrics
