Job Description
We are looking for a full-stack engineer who operates at the convergence of product, growth, and automation. If you can resolve complex technical challenges efficiently, build reliable Next.js/React solutions that hold up under regression testing, and orchestrate Firebase/GCP while ensuring accurate attribution data flows from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, your work will directly enhance conversion visibility and reduce operational overhead.
Your core objective: maintain system stability, ensure the growth engine is measurable, and eliminate manual work through automation. We do not create "platforms" as ends in themselves. This translates to stable deployments, live performance metrics, dependable tracking, and rapid ship-to-impact cycles measured in days.
This role combines building with maintenance. You will be responsible for keeping the foundation solid while enabling higher velocity—deploying fixes swiftly, creating processes or scripts for recurring QA tasks, validating updates through regression testing, and instrumenting user journeys so that insights remain accurate. If you are energized by tangible impact, accelerated learning, and the challenge of transforming fragmented pipelines into dependable systems the entire team can trust, take ownership of this responsibility. Apply if you are prepared to own the reliability, integrations, and automations that accelerate the organization.
