This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. 💥 The impact you will haveSupport and unblock internal customers.Build scalable and efficient systemsEnsure processes are mature, well documented and easy to use.
Help Owner effectively manage it’s fleet of devices.
🤝 Who you’ll work withYou will collaborate and support every team across OwnerWork alongside Security and Platform teams to best support internal customers. ✅ What we’re looking for2+ Years providing internal customer supportExcellent trouble shooting skillsOutstanding soft skills / customer service capabilitiesDriven growth mindsetExperience with Okta, AWS, Slack, Notion, Google, and other flagship SaaS products.Experience implementing and managing MDM solutions. 🏆 Pay and benefitsThe estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year, plus a generous pre-IPO equity packageOther benefits include comprehensive health coverage, remote-first workplace, unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!
